The Wondering Soul

Climbed high upon the hill

Gazed upon the sky

Graced the soothing wind

Pattern dancing birds

Feels it’s in the gene

The inborn instinct

Clouds dancing in dusky playground

For was she telling to jump

Jump into the living

Into her world

She could only tease

She knew

I wasn’t ready for all

Cannot embrace all the living

She knew

The energy could harm

Be too much for the taking

For was she asking

To love soulfully

To feel her inside

To embrace the reality

To feel the purpose

Which I don’t know

Which I can’t feel

Which she knew

She could only show me the teaser

Stuck in the shadow

Blinded by virtuality

Multiple abstractions of reality

Realizing it to be real

the layered plasticity

I wasn’t ready
I wasn't ready
She whispered

    could express his feeling
    family would be proud
if he says he has gf loud
may be he is so sober
    hate all things over
    but still got some hunger

    1. This was actually written thinking about the nature and how we as a human are not deserving of its purity. However, as a poem, really happy it gave other meanings as well.
